Refund Policy

A $175.00 non-refundable deposit must accompany your application. The balance of your camp fee is to be paid on or before the first day of camp.

 

If you need to cancel you must do so in writing (via email) 14 days prior to the start of camp. You will have the choice of a refund (minus the deposit) or a full credit good for one year. However, no refunds or credits will be issued if you cancel after 14 days prior to camp.​​ The camp also reserves the right to deny registration/admission to the camp due to past negative/poor behavior and conduct that is detrimental to the camp.
